The short version: we got tired of watching good agencies fight bad tools.
Hi — we’re the founding team at Hire Beans.
A few years ago, one of us was sitting across from a friend who runs a recruitment agency in Ahmedabad. She had built a great team, won real clients, and was placing dozens of candidates every month. But she was exhausted.
Not from the recruiting. From the tools.
Her team was juggling three spreadsheets, two inboxes, and an ATS that charged her every time she added a recruiter. The platform that was supposed to help her grow was quietly punishing her for growing.
That night, we started sketching.
The idea was simple. What if a recruitment platform charged you for what actually costs money — hosting, support, setup — and not for the size of your team? What if it deployed in minutes instead of months? What if every feature was shaped by people who had actually sat in a recruiter’s chair?
That sketch became Hire Beans.
We’re a small team of six. We’re not the cheapest, and we’re definitely not the biggest. But we built this for the agencies and teams that the big platforms ignore — the ones placing 50 candidates a month, the ones hiring their fourth recruiter, the ones who deserve enterprise tools without the enterprise contract.
